MK Rims Return Policy
At MK Rims, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you need to return a product, we’ve made the process simple and hassle-free. Please review our return policy below to get started.
How the Return Process Works
1. Submit a Return Request
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, tires must be unused, unmounted, and in their original condition. Once we receive the returned tires at our warehouse, we will process a refund to your original payment method, minus a $15/tire return shipping fee and any applicable handling fees from the original order.
Exceptions:
- The $15/tire return shipping fee will be waived if you are placing a new order with us or if we shipped the incorrect tire.
- If your tires arrived damaged or defective, please contact our Support team immediately at (479) 414-4984 to resolve the issue.
2. Prepare Your Tires for Return
Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive a return label via email. Follow these steps to prepare your tires for shipment:
- Securely tape the return label to the tread of each tire.
- Ensure the label is firmly attached to avoid it falling off during transit.
3. Ship Your Tires Back to Us
Take your packaged tires to the nearest UPS location (or the carrier specified in your return instructions) to send them back to us. If you’re unable to visit a shipping location, contact our Support team, and we’ll arrange a pickup from your home or business at no additional cost.
Tires Shipped to a Shop:
If your tires were delivered directly to a shop, simply notify the shop staff, and we’ll coordinate the return process, including providing the return label and scheduling a pickup.
Shipping and Damage Claims
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our Support team at (479) 414-4984 as soon as possible. We’ll file a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement order. You’ll need to return the damaged or incorrect tires, and we’ll provide the necessary shipping labels and instructions.
Cancellation Policy
We offer a 1-hour cancellation window from the time your order is placed. During this time, you can request to cancel your order, and we’ll do our best to process it. After the 1-hour window, orders cannot be canceled as they are quickly processed and prepared for shipment. To cancel an order, log in to your MK Rims account, navigate to Order History, and select the cancellation option.
Manufacturer’s Warranty
MK Rims honors the manufacturer’s warranty on all products we sell. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship and may include additional benefits such as treadwear mileage warranties or trial periods, depending on the tire brand and model. Please note that warranties are valid only for the original purchaser and are non-transferable.
What’s Not Covered:
- Damage caused by improper use, accidents, vandalism, or road hazards.
- Irregular wear due to lack of maintenance, improper inflation, or incorrect tire size/specification for your vehicle.
- Tires with special classifications (e.g., “NA” for non-adjustable).
